故郷海部を離れて、学生チャンピオンにもなった大学時代を千葉の海で過ごしました。卒業後はサーフボードとギターを持ってアメリカ、オーストラリアを放浪。帰国後は湘南に暮らしたり、スケートボードで東京表参道をゆく姿もありました。プロサーファーを目指した時期もありましたが、たくさんの経験は、彼をオルタナティブボードに乗るフリーサーファーの道へ導き、『藍』という生業とも故郷海部で出会いました。３０３の若頭は、故郷とサーフィンと藍を愛するとても情熱的な男です。

Leaving his hometown of Kaifu, Leki spent his university years near the beach in Chiba. He was a student champion and took his surfboard and guitar with him after graduating, traveling across America and Australia. Returning to Japan, he lived in Shonan and would be seen skateboarding around Tokyo’s Omotesando. There was a time he pursued to be a pro surfer. Instead, his life experiences led him to become a free surfer utilizing alternative boards and brought him back to his hometown, where he discovered his calling in working with “ai” (indigo). As the young leader of the 303 group, Leki is very passionate about his hometown of Kaifu, surfing, and “ai” (indigo).
